Children & Teen Friendly Design
​This layout provides a space for children and teens to have fun in their own void decks. It comes with a planned room for gaming & chilling with built-in air conditioning, and also an area called the "fun zone" where children from the neighborhood can play with one another while parents can join in the fun too. Air-conditioned Gaming Room
A room that is air conditioned where unused couches/chairs donated by residents can be placed there. Unused gaming consoles can also be set up there by the residents for eg. PS4, Wii, Xbox etc. Although it's meant for teens to play games there, other residents can also enter if they wish to cool down from Singapore’s weather.
The Fun Zone
An area meant for children to play around with unused toys donated by residents from the neighborhood. The floor of the area is covered with soft landing playground cover so that children won’t get hurt from the rough cement floor. Parents can join in the fun too.
Hangout Area
A casual space for teens/children to hang out and engage with one another. This can also be a place for parents to connect while they are waiting for their children. With a clear view to the Fun Zone, parents can also watch their children from this area while they are playing in the Fun Zone.
