
Rules and Regulations for Maintainence
Here are some rules and measures to take note of when designing your own LivingVoid and using it
Cleanliness
Residents would take charge in maintaining cleanliness of the LivingVoid
It is your responsibility to ensure the void deck is kept clean and not filled with litter. Residents are required to volunteer themselves to use their own cleaning tools - brooms, vacuums, mops etc. to make sure the area is not dirty. This is to established a long-term usage for the communal living room
Noise Production
Residents would take charge in being considerate to others
Please be considerate to other residents in the neighbourhood when using the LivingVoid and tone down your volume when engaging in any activities after 7:00 pm. Any activities that involve shouting and screaming would not be allowed after the specified time.
Security Measures
Government would take charge in supervising the LivingVoid
Residents would take charge in keeping the space safe
CCTVs will be installed around the LivingVoid to enforce security and safety of the space. Vandalism and damage of property will not be accepted, as well as inappropriate activities. Any act of stealing, sabotaging will also be accounted for. This is to ensure that the LivingVoid would not be abuse/misuse for the wrong reasons.
Consequences
If caught failing to follow any rules or regulations listed above will face the following consequences

will be fine up to $3000

Littering and Dirtying
This include:

Not cleaning up after a mess

Not picking up litter/sweeping the floor

Leaving stains on different parts of the communal living room
will be fine up to $5000

Noisy and Disruptive
This include:

Screaming and Shouting after 7:00 pm

Engaging in loud activities at night
will be fine up to $1000
